Snow Snow Go Away....

Family-Friends-Others let's catch up....

Enough's enough...I'm done with snow.  I've seen enough in the past 6 months to pretty much last my lifetime :) --exaggerating a tad--I'm just getting tired of snow right now.  It has been snowing here in Utah all day every day since this past Sunday.  I'm ready for sunshine-warm sunshine.  I'm ready for beautiful clear days to view our scenery-sit outside on our picnic blanket-go for hikes.  I'm ready for at least one sweater weather (instead of long johns-several shirts-scarf-big jacket).  I'm ready to be tan and cute.  I'm ready for the BEACH!

This current mood could be caused by the recent purchase of two tickets to South Carolina for our family beach trip in July!  It will be so nice to go back to South Carolina and visit with those Southern folks and see Southern things and do Southern things and to just be Southern with other Southerners who won't peg you out as being Southern :)-Ahh the joy.

Seth and I are semi-officially Utahians now.  We went and applied for a Utah driver's license and both passed the open book test :).  Unlike South Carolina-Utah seems to give paper licenses out until we receive our 'real' licenses in the mail within 3-4 weeks.

Emily and Trevor week:

Bearded Pizza from the Beard and Mustache Society Meeting.

My Sister-in-law-fun to say.

Trevor & Seth-They soooo loved being with each other :).

We built a snowman.

Snowshoeing group.

Lemon-Blueberry Cake that Emily and I made.  Note to self: Buy a cake plate.

Making Peanut Butter Cups.

Playing :).

Seth and Trevor went Skiing and both had a ball from what we heard.  Emily and I hung out-chitchatted-ate crepes-and we baked a tad.  We all went snowshoeing-Crystal Hot Springs-Walking around Campus.  Seth and Trevor had snowball fights every second of being outside in the snow while Emily and I were a little more sophisticated :).  It was so much fun to have family here again-We both enjoyed their company and having them see our Utah home and lives :).

Recently I have been missing a lot of Eason-Troupe-Fried Okra-Basically all things Fried.  And of course all the time our families!

Well guys-that is about all I want to say right now.  My wonderful husband just cooked me dinner while I blogged and we are about to chow down and enjoy it :).

The Cook's :)
